Joel Cohen’s list of motion picture industry accolades includes an Academy Award nomination for the original Animated Family Film of the modern era: Toy Story. In addition to numerous other writing credits –– including Evan Almighty, Garfield, Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties and Cheaper By the Dozen –– Joel is also the recipient of an Annie Award. As an executive producer and creative consultant, Joel contributed his expertise to the animated family films Gnomes and Trolls: The Secret Chamber and The Angry Birds Movie. Joel has also been a member of two video game creative development teams.
